JULY 2010: July will be an exciting month at 3160 with various well known special guest from across the country, scheduled for one night only is the fabulous Dina Jacobs visiting us from the Islands of Hiwaii by way of various ventunes across the country from Vegas to Atlanta. As always, Tuesday evenings will continue to see Dan Stetzel hosting open mic starting at 9pm. On Wednesday, Paul Marinaro and the Trio continue to sway the audience as they perform a variety of songs from Sinatra to the sounds of the 40's, 50's and 60's. On Fridays, Gio is the host and he presents the "Pop Goes The Gio" show with popular songs of yesterday and today. And now come visit us on Monday evenings for "Comic Cabaret" with Open Mic featuring local artist crafting their tools. And we welcome Rose Collela to our regular entertainment line-up appearing Thursday evenings at 9pm. Whatever the day or night come out and relax with great music and your favorite cocktail.

JULY 2010 - Mark Farris Returns: Mark began playing the piano and singing at the age of six. His father, a celebrated piano entertainer and teacher, was a great influence. In 1999, Mark debuted at Gentry Piano Bar of Chicago, where he continues entertaining audiences. He also has been heard in New York, Palm Springs, LA, Boston, and on luxury cruise ships around the world. In 2003, Mark was the proud recipient of "Best Musician" from the Chicago Free Press. Most recently, Mark has performed for TravelPride, Atlantis Events, Celebrity Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, and Disney. In addition, Mark entertains at private parties and corporate events. Mark's style includes everything from the American song book, including the Gershwins and Cole Porter, to Sinatra, Elton John, Billy Joel, to sing-a-long 60's-70's-80's, comedy numbers, and nearly every Broadway musical.
